Shirts and Tanks are an athletic cut Poly/Cotton Blend. The Tanks are form fitting. Consider going up a size if you’re like me and consider November and December “bulking season”. Hey, muscles can’t grow without fuel, amirite?

Standards:
Front Rack Hold

  • Start from a rack.
  • Clock stops when you re-rack or drop the weight and resumes when the weight is back in the front rack position.

Shoulder Press

  • Complete all 20 reps with Arm 1 before moving to Arm 2.
  • We don’t care which arm you start with.

Alternating Box Step Ups

  • ** the demo video shows 2 kettlebells; however, you are only using 1 kettlebell during the workout.
  • You may hold the kettlebell in any fashion as long as the kettlebell remains above waist level
  • Step all the way on the box using only 1 leg. If you assist with the other leg it’s a no rep.
  • You must alternate legs
